The new Google Chrome extension ARC Welder is easy to install and use with few clicks (ARC = App Runtime for Chrome, Weld = to unite) and it's mostly for Android developers that want to test their apps before submitting them to Chrome Web Store.
The installation takes a while so be patient. Run the application and set the working directory, then test any .apk program for Android.
